Hi, I had some confuse on Lined pipe stress analysis by Caesar II.

Caesar II only consider weight of refractory layer, How can we know the total or equivalent lined pipe allowable bending stress on pipe loop elbow.

The cement data sheet provided by supplier shown that
Tensile strength:850 PSI;
Flexural Strenth:1700 PSI;
Flexural modulus of Elasticity: 5.38x10^5 PSI.
Density of Cement:2500kg/m3

30" API 1.106" wall thickness CS pipe with 0.5" cement layer
If I only include refractory layer thickness and density. the piping loop bending stress is about 4000PSI at elbow corner.

This bending stress is inside CS allowable stress range, but it is out of Cement flaxural stress range.

Is it meaning that the cement will be cracked or not.
and why?

Thanks
