IF DYNAMIC, IS THERE ANY MODULE TO DO DYNAMIC WIND ANALYSIS IN CEASAR.

IF NOT THERE, WHY, WHAT IS THE REASON...

Wind is addressed in CAESAR II as a psuedo-static event. Many local wind codes (ASCE #7 for example) include a "gust factor" in the computations to account for the non-static behavior.

Richard,

Thank you for ur reply,

yes we are doing psuedo-static Wind analysis,

My doubt is why we are unable to do DYNAMIC WIND ANALSIS like response spectrum as we are doing in the SEISMIC AND SLUG.

What are the Difficulties involved in that??
