I'm using 5.2 version.

Originally, it was open. But suddenly I can't open configuration.

I tried to remove all and install again, but it's same.

CRC check no error.

How to solve this problem?

Your HASP message just means you have later drivers already installed - this is not a problem.

With regard to the Configuration issue:
1) Do other modules work?
2) When you attempt to start the configuration, are there any error messages?
3) Could this module be running, minimized in the taskbar?

-NO, ALL files have same problem in my computer. I sent the file
to the other pc and I can open the configuration.

- No message. Only I click the configuration, it's not coming. The other tools are no problem.

- I thought it and tried tool reset. But still can't open.
Is there any key to reset all things?

What I meant was do other modules in CAESAR II work - like Input and Output? If these all work, but not the Configuration Module, I suspect a DLL registration problem.

Using Windows Explorer, browse to your \caesarii program folder and find the "netuserc2.bat" file. Double click this file, which will attempt to register all the DLLs in the \caesarii directory. See if that resolves the issue.

Please confirm that the software was "installed" on this computer, and not copied or transferred.

What is your Operating System?
