I've created my P&ID database with Access. There are several line number. Every valve is combined with its line with COMBINEPROCESS.

When i use Plant and try to insert the line with NUMBERPID, the box "SELECT ITEM" Pops up.
But there are only a few number of line in the list. Why the others don't appear?

I presume it's a problem with the Access file of this project, because with other projects it works well. But the wrong database is similar the other, i can't find any difference.

Can anyone suggest me?

Look at the processline table in the Acces DB. That should give you a clue.

You can also use the NUMBERSET command and then choose the Process option. However if you Access db is corrupted or similar you will get the same results as NUMBERPID

I look at the processline tab in the Access DB but it seems to be all regular.
The same happens when i use NUMBERSET: i choose Process option and then pops up "SELECT ITEM" and it's like with NUMBERPID.

Winzip compresses MDB files pretty decent. I once zipped a 54mb MDB down to 3mb

Yeah I see the issue. Way more linenumbers in the table than available with the numberset command.

To be honest I am stumped. I would suggest you log a SR on eCustomer.

OK I have the solution by myself.

On database the table Components-process lines in the field tag are the tags of each process line.

Some tags are read and some not. Why ?

Because the tags that are not read have a blank character before the tag string.
NUMBERSET doesn't read the tag with a blank character before it.

i've deleted each blank characater in that tags that have one so, now, all the lines are read by numberset.

Bye
