after installing CAESAR II 4.1 I did incounter some diffecalties:
1- I can't see or plot any animation, the static as well the dynamic.
2- while the program checking for the key, a repeating message of the key is not installed or not located,.......
3- in the CRC report printout, all files were okay, but with one errore: Mismatch,C:\CAESAR\d11versn.txt
the program sujesting to check for viruses and/or hard disk bad spots.
I did check and come out with no result.
I did consult you previously, but your jujested solution did not work for me.
now, what is my next step to make this program run perfictly.

Here are the answers to you questions related to CAESAR II Version 4.10.

 • The problem with the animation module is caused by an updated system level DLL. We distribute this revised DLL and install it to the CAESAR II program directory. Unfortunately the way Windows works, this DLL must be copied into your Operating System's "system" directory. A complete discussion on this problem and the solution can be found in the CAESAR II Frequently Asked Questions document, located on this web site. Go to [Technical Articles], then [CAESAR II], then click on the CAESAR II FAQ. Alternatively, you can click this link: http://www.coade.com/c2articles/c2_faq_web.html .
 • You have to be more specific here. If you have a network key, each time the software looks for the key it displays a message. This is so that if the network is slow, users won't restart the machine, thinking there is some type of problem. If you have a local key, please advise if this problem occurs all the time or sporatically. Also, please advise the specific error number you receive. If this is a local key, is it green or white?
 • The file dllversn.txt is something created on your machine by the software. This file should not be in the list of files to perform the CRC check on.
