How would a person model air piping within a liquid? Can we get stress/ displacement due to buoyancy considered? Thanks.

If you have pipe in a liquid, you can use the "hydrodynamic features" of CAESAR II. Just define some depth and a very small (negligable) current. This will give you the buoyancy you're after.
