Hallo to all forum members

I want to any one to guide me about maximum bend vertical displacement for 18 inch Relief pipe. Between two supports ball valve 150 class
The dimension from support to bend around 5 meters with ball valve and from bend to next support 5.55 meters
Design Pressure = 50 Psig and design Temp. = 200 F
Matrial of pipe is API-5L B

I guess you are referring to sagging of the pipe between supports. A common figure is 13mm or 1/2". There are no Code requirements as such, but operators and design houses often impose similar limits.

Allowed sag may be less if there is a slope requirement or the possiblilty of liquid pooling and consequent slug flow.

The common figure is 13 mm or 0.5 inch is applicable for all size diameter
Means it isn't related with OD pipe
This is problem without slop
