Hi,

When I try to convert an "Input File" to "Neutral File" an error message appears: "File does not exist". The version of CAESAR II is 5.3 and the OS is Win7 32bit.

However, I want to know if a Neutral File generated by CAESAR II 5.3 can be opened by CAESAR II 5.2.

Thanks!

What doesn't exist, your input or part of CAESAR II?

No, you can't move down in version. We add additional data with each new version, that earlier versions don't know how to handle.

I don't know. I suppose the Input File is ok because it works correctly. I try to use other options in that Menu but the error message is always the same: "File does not exist".

However

When you convert a model to a neutral file the Main Menu starts the IECHO.EXE module. Use Windows Explorer and verify if this program exists in your CAESAR II Program Directory. If it doesn't, I'm suspicious of your installation. If it does exist, open a Support Request on eCustomer, so they can walk you through this.

Hi!

I try to execute the same operation with an other pc Win7 32bit with CAESAR II 5.3 and the result is the same: error message "File does not exist". I've checked IECHO.EXE is correctly located in CAESAR II Folder. So I will open a Support Request on eCustomer...

Thanks for all!

Saludos.
