Dear all,
As we all know that the normal life of plant is 20years or 7000 cycles. My question is from stress point of view if I want to increase the life of the plant like I want to design the plant for 30 years, what factors I have to check from stress point of view in order to increase the life cycle of plant?

Well if the "Plant" sees 7000 cycles in 20 years (Are you sure it sees 7000 cycles in 20 years?) then it will see a substantial amount of cycles greater than 7000 in 30 years (Unless you shut it down). so establish the "f" factor for 30 years and apply.
