Good day all,

I am not having any success in loading a .frp file into Caesar. As far as I can see I have set up the .txt file as shown in the Technical Manual, and changed it to a .frp file, and copied it into the systems folder (with the other default .frp files).

However the .frp file that i created does not show up in the Material drop down menu in my input spreadsheet. Some of the files .frp files that I have created do show up in the FRP Property Data File under FRP Properties in the Config. Setup, however when I select it it gives me an error (Visual Fortran run-time error).

I am analyzing a GRP line with different material properties at the fittings from the straight runs of pipe, therefore instead of inputting the material properties each time i would like to save time by creating several .frp files and merely selecting them from the Materials drop down menu.

I do think that there may be an error in the way I have setup my .frp file, however I am loosing my mind here because I have edited and redited these files so many times and I cannot get it to work, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Adrian.

Open a Support Request on eCustomer and send in the FRP file you created.

Also, how many FRP files are in your \System directory?
