I am practice jacketed pipe modeling. I studded example from CAESAR II example folder but I have some daubt.

I would be very grateful for the advice for my question.

It does not appear that you have the correct concept of the interface between the pipe and a valve in a Jacketed system.

The jacket fluid gets from the pipe jacket to the valve jacket via a small (3/4" or DN 20) jumper line not by any direct path jacket to jacket.

I understand how it works. I just modeled flange and valve as single rigid. U just ask for opinion about way how to connect core and jacket with flange.

What I used is anchor on 1090 with cnode on 2090. Same rules is on the other side of valve. I wonder whether the connections core and jacket defined in this way (with flanges) correct. When I run calculation I get an extremely high loads on anchors.
