Here is what you should try:
1) Go to the Windows Start button, select the Run command, and type: Regedit
. Then in the Windows Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\COADE, Inc.\CAESAR II\ and right-click on the 5.20 folder and select Delete.
For 5.30 I am not sure what your problem is. You really should contact Intergraph Spain with this issue and they will escalate it to us through eCustomer. To find your contact, go to
