I am not a big fan of the Caesar documentation. When I can get the help menu to come up (I usually have to close the program and reopen it)I cant find what I am looking for. I know I need to add my wind and seismic loads in the Static Load Case Builder. But I can't figure out where that is.

You can always navigate to \<caesar ii program directory>\c2_docu and double-click on either the PDFs or the CHMs. If that doesn't work, you have probably have some sort of security problem with your workstation.
