Few tips:
- loads case are not entire correct L8-L5 which is pur wind is not OPE case, this is OCC - this is real true , practical wind is not applicable for a pipe routing on the ground
- adding wind from all dirrection in one loads case not correct

- placing axial stop in the line node 1130/1160/1190/2720/4530 every 30m will generate huge loads - 1.3 milion N - are you kidding with this
- if you place rest supports near the tank nozzle - use ghimbal or lateral - see if is possible to use a spring hanger
- overstress in tee conn. - have a look for a loop/loops
