Hi All

I have pulsation line connected to the multistage compressor. Mechanical study is done by vendor and they come with a such supporting solution for line close to compressor equipment.

My understanding is that, in Caesar can use rigid element with same OD of line pipe and then the length of rigid element is half OD to be connected from center pipe to outer pipe for both clamp point position. And then put trunnion pipe in both end with guide since it is clamp support.

Any other suggestion is very much appreciated. To be frankly, i want to have some other thought from you guys the way to model the trunnion pipe support.

Can you send us with complete layout as it depends on the other half which is missing after trunnion, what is the elevation of the line?

Elevation of the line is around 1000mm above the ground. Attached is brief of the piping layout.

Wondering that both of trunnion connection should be provided with reinforcement pad thickness. Any method in Caesar to check max load that can be withstand by certain point of trunnion...
