Richard Ay Member Registered: 12/13/99 Posts: 6226 Loc: Houston, Texas, USA	There is a list of "Trouble Shooting Steps" provided on the DVD (the link is on the first page displayed by the Autorun). This sounds like the HASP drivers are not installed or not running.
