In one of our designs Nozzle WRC 107 calculation fails in the nozzle output run menu and shows passed in the vessel main output menu.
Please refer the attached output files.

Vessel design pressure = 9.32 Mpa
Design Temperature = 90 C
Nozzle Size = 4" (Self reinforced hub type)
Shell material = SA 516 Gr 70
Nozzle material = SA 105
Vessel orientation = Horizontal


Why this different results in one design for the same calculation/parameters.

Dear Vibin,

First please check your design pressure. Both files it is different (9.322Mpa & 9.328Mpa). Check & Correct.

Once again thank you for your reply.

The results are from the same file. But it shows different design pressure at both outputs. I am not sure about the consideration of static head in both places.
