Hi.

I'm having problems on opening the prepip.exe window. It seems to be hidden since the icon is shown on the taskbar and prepip.exe application appears on the running processes list on task manager, but I can't access it.
I've already tried to change the video drive but without sucess.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Regards,

Diego Balbi.

Try this: right click on that 2nd icon in the taskbar, and from the context menu, select "Maximize".

Option not avaiable. The only actions are CAESAR II Application, Fix it on the taskbar and close window.

I'm using Win7 64bit.

It really seems to be hidden.

Yes it seems in Windows7 that has changed. If you mouse-over the icon in the taskbar, you'll will see a small icon representing the window - click that.

It doesn't open. It only changes the icon representation to kind of an active application type, but no window so far.

When I click on the "CAESAR II Application" option it returns an warning about the CFG file informing that it will be reseted to default data. After that, an error message is shown reporting and error number 206.

File a Support Request with eCustomer so they can log onto your machine and figure this out.

Problem solved. I accessed the task manager to minimize the application window and then maximize it. I tried it before, but without minimizing the window first.
