I'm still using Version 5.20, IT busy testing the latest one......
While doing spar's hull risers analysis, I ended up with a large number of load cases. Had 8 sets of global displacements, CS elements simulating misalignment on connectors at the soft tank, wave and current input. To simplify results reading, I used SignMin, SignMax and Max loads combination methods. In the final Max load combination, at certain elements calculated Code Combined (Equivalent) Stress is compaired to the Hoop Allowable Stress, giving false % of the Code Allowable stress. Have to go back to each individual Scalar load combination to get results of Code Stress reading (The highest of the Hoop, Longitudinal and Combined / Equivalent is only reported). Anybody encountered this kind of problem?
