Hi Guys,I'm struggling with a PSV with high reaction force. reduced side of the reducer to the attached PSV is over stressed under PSV load effect. I have considered all the applicable route and supporting. unfortunately didn't work.
I'm looking for another solution. did you ever deal with this situation? is it reasonable to approach PSV modification?
regards,
edwin

If you think to ask for a 300# instead of 150# flange on inlet, maybe is acceptable.

Hi Edwincode

Try to put limit stop with zero gap at discharge line of PSV. Trust that will help.

Regards

Habib
