2.Clarrify me whether HDPE line underground require any Thrust Block while installation. As my Vendor saying it is not required.

As said in the other post: Please do a search on thermoplastic or PE in this forum and see a lot of topics about PE-stress analysis (or why not to do it).

First study the material behaviour and the use of CAESAR II before asking an example. Be careful you don't do stupid things !

I have conducted the stress analysis for UG HDPE line recently, and found the thrust block is not required from the result. Will forward the model via your personal email.
