Dear Sir:
Kindly note that, based on UHX 14.2 & 14.4 thickness of both stationary & floating tubesheet shall be same while PV-Elite seems that, has no sense in this regard, in fact if you specify different values for tubesheets thicknesses, PV-Elite only check the efficiency of specified values regardless of UHX requirement.
Please explaine why?
