hi to all,

I am trying to check flange leakage for valves etc, If I modeled a valve including flange length with weight of 2 flanges run my program, Now I have only two nodes on both end of the valve, the loads on this two nodes is good to check flange checks using another program/manual calculations or I need to model flange/valve/flange to check loads using CAESAR II>Flange.

Thanks

Better model flange/valve/flange (use also anchors with cnode) then use the method you retain as appropiate (Caesar, manual, ASME VIII, NC..).
