hello all:

I want to do the surge analysis of Pump discharge line of 24" (Naptha line). Line is going from pump to jetty. Total length 2600m.
I have calculated pressure wave velocity & max surge press. But I want to give forces on elbow. So how to divide this surge force on elbows. I am doing static analysis only. Does any need of dynamic analysis.
