Guys and Experts, Hope that all of you are fine. Am into a problem regarding which i need your help. Thanks in advance.

PROBLEM:

When i run I-configure from Tools pull down menu of Caesar II, I get Error 429. Clicking Ok on the error message proceeds to opening the i-configure program window, but none of its buttons is functional. To exit, i have to CTRL+ALT+DEL>Task manager and END TASK the I-configure operation there.


MY SPECIFICATIONS:

I am a caesar II user and donot have CADWorx installed on my PC. Patrticulars of my Pc/installation are:

>> HP Compaq 8100 with Intel Core i5 CPU
>> Windows 7 64 bit Operating system
>> Caesar II 5.20.3 (Build 100715)
>> Volvoview 3.0 is installed on my PC.
>> The file "sssplt30.ocx" is present there in Windows/System32 folder and in Program files (x86)\Coade\Caesar II 5.20\3rdParty\Alias\I-configure folder as well.

SOLUTIONS I ALREADY TRIED BUT DID NOT WORK:

1. I have run "netuserc2.bat" in administrator mode which registered the dlls successfully. Then i restarted the PC. RESULT: NO SUCCESS.

2. I UseD regsvr32 for successful registering of following DLLs mannually:
a. In coade>caesar II 5.20>

wrc107.dll

Projectmanager.dll

Pod.dll
Importexport.dll

ReportingWizard.dll
WeldingWizard.dll

RESULT: No SUCCESS

3. I tried download the complete version of I-configure from Coade's website ( www.coade.com/uploads/caesar/I-Configure2909.exe) but the link given there is broken and results in "RESOURCE NOT FOUND".

I look forward for a prompt help. Thanks in anticipation.

Some third party dependencies are missing on your machine. You need to run I-Configure2909.exe for a full installation of I-Configure. Please contact me using my E-mail, we will transfer that file to you.

Dear Shawn,

I had the same problem in 5.30.02. When I installed I-Configure2909, finally I-Configure works, but now when I try to export isometrics and click CREATE DRAWING not happens. Do you how fix it?

Please first sign up eCustomer, go to http: http://crmweb.intergraph.com/ and click on the “I’m a new user” link. Once registered, log into eCustomer (http://crmweb.intergraph.com/) using the login information provided by e-mail. Then click “Download Software Updates”, click “Products”, click “CAESAR II”, click “Service Packs and Fixes”, download, unzip and run I-Configure2909.zip. This is a complete installation, that should fix your problem.

Above procedures were implemented, i didnot see any error but no response in CII iso generation. It's become standalone. I've put this issue on mail to techsupport.

I am bombarded. Help.

I had the same error. First try to open I-Configure. Probably, a error shows up. You need to change a value at sysconfig.mdb which you can find at Alias folder in Program Files > Common Files > Alias > Data. Go to VERSION and change the value 3.3 to 2.9. Now try to open I-Configure again. At this moment, you will generate isometrics. But, when you close I-Configure and open again, the same error will appear but with values of sysconfig inverted. Change them again for original values (2.9 to 3.3). Finally the error its fixed.
