Hi,
We have an end user who is getting the
Hasp Key not found (H0007)error when he trys to run Ceaser II from a remote office.
- It runs fine in our head office
- The offices are connected via a WAN link
- The two offices are on different subnets
- The Monitoring software can see the Hasp (now that I updated the nethasp.ini file)
I have updated the nethasp.ini file etc... I can ping the licence server that has the hasp connected.
Any ideas that I can try?
