What we used to do for such cases is to consider the min thk obtained from the report & ask our materials group to carry out thickness calculation.
We also reduce the thickness of that spool & rerun the analysis for any significant load or stress changes!!
If the components on this 100 mm spool are addressed by the applied code, you needn't worry for the SIFs. This doesn't entail usage of FEA.
Just treat this pipe same as a new pipe of same size but with different thickness. Rest all will be taken care of automatically (like if you've any attachments on this 100 mm spool, new SIFs will be calculated & stresses checked accordingly by CAESAR).!!!
