I have a query in relation to the allowable for flange load using PEQ.
As per our specs, the allowable flange load is 1.5 x Design Pressure at rated temperature as per ASME B16.5. Is there any settings in Caesar II that we can automatically change the default allowable by some factor multiplier?

Automatically - no. You would have to manually change the allowable data specified in the input to accomplish this.

Please note that if you alter the values, in OCC you will have 1.33 x 1.5 x B16.5 Pressure.
