I'm getting a lot of these errors on a circular ring header. The error text states that the Straight Segment following the Bend is not long enough.

According to my math, it is. Any suggestions?

Increase the element length few mmm, it will not change the results but it will solve your problem. Is happening some times when you have bend after bend.
