I'm bringing in CII models via the generic neutral file from PDMS. Is there a difference in the X&Z axes directions between 5.2 & 5.3? Or does CII do some axes flipping internally when you import from a neutral file?

There is no difference in CAESAR II between 5.20 and 5.30 regarding coordinate systems. Send you .cii neutral file in to Tech Support so we can take a look at it.
