I am working on Caesar II 5.1. I have a query.
I modelled a tank nozzle as per API 650 in CII.
My nozzle is 45 deg to north(or any axis). After inputting all parameters in API 650, I rotated model to perfect north.
I found different values than I entered for specific gravity and temprature range and that affected results too much.
Can anyone from Intergraph or anyone in this forum cross check it and guide me..

That is a bug in the software. The same dialog form is used for all nozzle types (API-650, WRC-297, and PD-5500). Those fields that you noticed changed correspond to the WRC-297 direction cosines. So when you rotated the model, the software changed the cosines (which unfortunately changed some of the data in the API-650 data set.

If you're finished rotating the model, just correct the API-650 data and you should be good to go. This problem is corrected in Version 5.30.
