Dear All,

1.In our project, FRP underground piping of larger diameter 1000ND which it has several burial depth along its travel. that is, the pipe is continously varying its buried depth. In that case, what to do...How to do consider and construct soil model for varying lengths. The pipe is going of 25kms length. Please reply.Shall we have to split the system or what? kindly advice.

2. Also, I had in this project, FRP pipes of restrained (NDM)lengths on either side of the Road crossing. What is restained length ? How to consider restrained pipes in that area, and Non restrained pipes in other area.kindly clarify.

3.As per ISO14692, for underground piping, where to consider the pipe stiffness in CII piping input.

thanks in advance.

There is too much information to respond in this Forum. The CAESAR II documentation goes into the basics and the assumptions of buried piping and building models. Please review this material, it will resolve all of these issues.
