I have a doubt on allowable load at nozzle node.in my recent analysis i got the following values as below.

Vendor Data: Allowable nozzle load

Fx = 19878.68 N Mx = 11524.30 N-m
Fy = 15573.95 N My = 05965.52 N-m
Fz = 07786.98 N Mz = 05965.52 N-m


Obtained Load at Nozzle load

Fx = 2 N Mx = 46255 N-m
Fy = 41535 N My = 8983 N-m
Fz = 15356 N Mz = 724 N-m

i understand that the Fy and Fz values are larger then the nozzle allowable load. But the Fx value is 2N i think it is too low value.

My question is there any limitation on low values?

As I understand, there is no limit on lower values.

Such a low value (2N)is rarely encounetered.Guess your nozzle size should be around 14-18" (based on the allowable).So this may be erroneous.

Do check for model accuracy. There could be something amiss.

As far as low values are concerend, these are generally not a concern.

The low amount of Fx also made low amount of Mz respectively but your Fy is positive means that is upward an made large Mx. You should check your supporting and modified that.
