I would like to change the north direction in the stress iso according to the north I have set in the Caesar model. As now when i set the north in the model in the Y direction and after that when i extract the stress Iso then it never matches and every time i have to update manually. Are there any setting I have to made
Please reply.

You can (globally) rotate the entire CAESAR II model, so that one of the horizontal axes aligns with your North. You can do that in the LIST facility.

How is it possible to set Plant north in CAESAR II bcoz CII doesn't know the plant north whether X axis or Z axis

Richard,

I think I found a way better than yours. If I rotate global coordinates means my axis (X,Y,Z) will be different at my model. And this isn't interessing once have another things linked around these axis. So, if just change the default view in Configure Setup > Graphics Settings, solve our problem. If we can't change Project North in Stress Iso, its better change the visualization, cause CAESAR reads the default view for the axis of project north.

For the Stress Isometrics, you can change the settings of North direction by using I-configure.

I tried it before, but don't work. I change the North Direction but when I export isometrics, the configurations return for default North Direction.

In this case maybe is possible to modify the cell (block) that contain the arrow. I was not able to find where is located this. Any idea?
