I did not understand the origin of the problem, the software works correctly on XP, the problem appears when I installed Windows 7 the key did not work. when I reinstalled XP it is not working..

You really haven't provided enough information here.

For example, what Version of CAESAR II are you trying to run? Earlier versions were distributed with an Aladdin driver that predates Windows 7, therefore the driver installation fails. Is this your problem - if so visit Aladdin's website and download a later driver.

If you're running 5.20 or 5.30, then the driver should install fine, but it is something to verify. Does Aladdin's "Admin Control Center" work (start this from the IE address bar by typing http://localhost:1947)?

we use the caesar II 5.20 and it worked well with xp. I tried to install it on Windows 7, it did not work and when I reinstalled on XP the problem remains.
do you think that the hasp is corrupted ??

It shouldn't be, and 5.20 works fine in Windows 7. Put the key on an XP box and verify it still works there, then we can move on to the Windows 7 issue.

when i put the key on an Xp box it doesn't work, and an error (HASP key not found H0007).and the key version shown in the HASP Admin Control Center is 0.0, and the USB blinking constantly

Ah, not that is useful information. It sounds like the key has been fried. You need to contact your Dealer so we can get you a replacement.
