You need to register the dlls in CAESAR directory, C:\Program files\COADE\Caesar ii 5.20\

regsvr32 projectmanager.dll

regsvr32 pisogen.dll

regsvr32 smartrad.dll

regsvr32 catmanager.dll

regsvr32 pipeline.dll

regsvr32 skey.dll

regsvr32 ImportExport.dll

regsvr32 pod.dll

regsvr32 MaterialData.dll

Use the [Start\Run] box and issue the command regsvr32 "c:\program files\coade inc\caesar ii 5.20\projectmanager.dll". This path may be different if you installed CAESAR II to a different location. You need to have the necessary rights to register a DLL. If this is not the case, you will need assistance from your IT Department.

An addition......in case the regsvr32 fails with error 0x80070005, run CMD in administrator mode, browse in DOS mode to the installation directory and then use REGSVR32 *.DLL commands. It should work fine.
