hi,
i'm using the european code EN13480 (for some jobs in PED area). in a first moment i disable the "liberal stress allowable", because i've seen in CAESAR II quick ref. guide that, as normal option without "liberal stress allowable", the stress in EXP load case is only evaluated by the formula

Pcdo/4en + 0.75iMA/Z + iMc/Z < fn+fa.

by accurate check i've seen that the software CORRECTLY (according to EN13480 code indications) evaluates the EXP case in the following modes:

1) deactivated "liberal stress allowable" option:
iMc/Z < fa

2) activated "liberal stress allowable" option :
Pcdo/4en + 0.75iMA/Z + iMc/Z < fn+fa

please confirm.

(in the case, i think is better to annotate the complete process in the CAESAR II quick reference guide)
