Dear All,

I am unable to get the stress report from CAESAR-II.
When I am going to perform the Batch Run, the incore solver
is continuously running. For reference please find the attached
file.

But whenever I removing the MU(friction coefficient) at that time
I am able to get the result. But this is not the solution.

So I am requesting to all please help to get the right solution.

Thanks & Regards

There is no magic solution. Try to minimize the use of gaps, try to think if the support is likely to lift off and delete the friction or if not, place Y instead +Y or as a last resort, modify the friction tolerance (but expect that the solution is not so accurate). Do a research on this forum for a more detailed solution.

Regards,

Thank you Loren.

"At this juncture it is important to note that reducing friction stiffness, and increasing the normal force and angle variations will increase the error in the results. "

Problem is that people use this option without thinking further.
