I just started using caesar2 5.10, after succesfully installing the program, and when i clicked the piping input icon, i get "8004011 XML parser error" message, and later a runtime error appears. Im running it on a 32bit windows 7 omp. Even after reinstalling the program, i still get the same error. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Some machines need the XML3 DLLs installed. The CAESAR II installation should have put this on the machine. Since it didn't, go to Microsoft's website and download the XML3 installer. Make sure you get XML3, not 4 or 6.
