I just found out I am being deployed for about 9 months to the desert with the United States Air Force. I work for a Oil & Gas Engineering and Design company and would like to keep my skills sharp while I am away. Is there a student or non-comercial (less expensive) version of cadworx i could purchace?

My understanding is that these are available, but only to educational institutions such as universities etc.

Best to contact your reseller for your area, or alternatively use the Demo. Save & print will be disabled, but should be good enough to keep your skills sharp.

Thats a great Idea.. But don't the demos have a time limit?

The demo to my knowledge has no time limit. It is limited in that you cannot save or print, copy / paste, wblock etc.
