Dear Sir,

kindly help me i have model in caesar II a header of 8" with continues gap(230 mm Each) Nozzle of 4"(344 mm projection each)& when i compile model three nozzle are fail.

please help

Option 1: Set your restraints where there is less deflection at the nozzles.

Option 2: Get better nozzles.

Option 3: Reroute your pipe to add flexibility to the system.

Option 4: Check your design parameters and ensure they are not too conservative.

From what I understand from your query!
You should be careful in evaluating local stress, since nearby nozzle loads (stress) may interact. FEA may be required.
