Hello,

When I generate the report I am getting the following warning:

"WARNING, the 5.10.3 checks have failed,
probably due to the Structural Member Allowable
Stress being specified too high. This value is
being reduced by 1000 psi and the member design
restarted. "

The material of the roof is NS235 and material of the structural members is A-36.

"---/ For Supported Cone Roof Design /---

Could you please explain why I am getting this error and what should I do to fix this issue?

Thanks

This isn't an error, it's a warning. When the checks of Section 5.10.3 fail, the allowable stress is reduced by 1000psi and the check is repeated.

Dear Sir,

Can i change the Center column Size because by design it will give the pipe size Dia 6" Sch XS but i want to use the Pipe dia 10" Sch std instead of mentioned in design and also i want to get the reports with formulas also appear against each calculation because the reports only give the code refrence but not appear the formulas.

Regards
Ravigreen.

The roof design is just that, "design". At the present time you can't change the cross-sections the program selects.

TANK does not provide equations with substitutions.
