Could you please explain what should be included in the weights of attachments and structures.

Will this weight affect the number of Anchor bolts required ?

Any additional weight you want considered in the calculations. This weight is added to the shell weight, so yes it will affect the bolt computations.

Will it include weight of the roof and shell itself ?

Should I also add the weight of stairs, platforms , internal floating roof , snow loads etc. ?
