Forgive me for this very innocent question. This is the first time that I am going to include wind loads in my analysis. I have a 42" - 150 meters long horizontal line, 50 ft above ground. Is it correct to use 0.5 as my shape factor using h/D = 1 from Table 6-10 of ASCE 7-02.
