Dear All,

I had read through the COADE Mechanical Engineering News June 2000. In the example for fatigue analysis using WRC 107, we need to specify the fillet radius between nozzle and shell. In WRC 107, the figure B-4 shows the forged nozzle. What if it is the welded nozzle neck with fillet weld? Please advise.

Hello Loh

In our software, the radius of the weld is either the actual radius, or the fillet leg size. They are the only ways you can enter the 'radius'.
