Shabeer,
Acoustic fatigue analysis is required for very high velocity fluid services (where roh*v^2 is very high) in systems such as compressor recycle, high pressure safety valve pressure let down system where pressure fluctuations and fluid turbulence is apparent. These fluids carry high acoustic energy that excite piping vibrations and sometimes can lead to resonance resulting in piping failure.
You cannot perform such analysis in Caesar II.

Please go through paper on acoustic induced piping vibrations by Carucci and Mueller to get insight on the subject.
You can find literature on net. I found few by using Google search:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acoustic_resonance

http://www.valve-world.net/pdf/SRV_psvnoise.pdf

And above all use search option on Caesar.

You can refer Energy Institute guidelines for screening.
