Hello, I had been some pump cases where if I put spring on discharge or suction pump lines I able have the nozzle load within allowable, but I am not sure if to put spring on pumps discharge or suction lines could bring vibration or other problems.

Please could give me yours opinion or expirience???

from my experience:

for centrifugal pumps springs are not forbiden, but keep an eye on a WNC load case

Thanks Dan, I agree with you, I specified some spring in pumps pipes, but currently I Have a parner and he said me that generate vibration on pumps pipes, All my spring in pumps I never obtain a comment with vibration problem after installation.
