I've downloaded the latest build from the website, but when I try and install the program doesn't do anything and the downloaded file disappears.

I'm doing this with the end goal that my problems with C2ISOGEN may be fixed. When I click on "OK" in the ISO drawing generation screen, the system instantly gives me a runtime error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some third party dependencies, such as dll or ocx, are not available on that machine.

Please download and install full version of I-Configure, and try isogen in CAESAR again.

Now error is coming as sysconfig version mismatch .
for the error you are getting you just follow this steps

open c:\programme file \common files \alias\ data
Open :”sysconfig.mdb” file it opens in Microsoft access
Now change the version from 3 or 2.10 to 2.9 in the version table then close the ms access. and try to generate isometric again .
