Hi,

I am having some trouble with a spring hanger. I included the Caesar II hanger table below. The issues I am having include:

- I input a negative number for "Available Space" because this needs to be a spring can, but it looks like Caesar is outputting a Lisega Type 21, which is a hanger.

- The spring figure number includes an asterisk (Lisega 21*2) and the "Theoretical Installed Load" is higher than the maximum values on the hanger table in the Lisega catalog.

Has anyone run into either of these issues before? Any help is appreciated!

We (attempt to) show the first four components of Lisega's support designation:
1st - Product Group - all springs are "2"
2nd - Model - smaller hangers are "1" and supports (cans) are "9"
but bigger sizes are "2" and "8", respectively
3rd - Load Group - smaller sizes run from "1" thru "9"
(we do not include the smaller "C" & "D"
bigger sizes are "1" thru "5"
4th - Travel Range - "1"=short, "2"=mid range "3"=long
(we do not offer the incomplete "4" & "5" series)

You can find your spring in the Lisega catalog under the column labeled "22 1. 29". We will not show that trailing "29" - that indicates "Field of Application" and "Product Series". (The period is the place holder for the Travel Range.) The spring data is OK, it's just the label that's off. I will submit a request to correct this.
