what is shape factor? why we conisdered 0.65 to .7? in blast we considered 1? please explain in detail.

Seeing as you don't appear to be in the U.S., the following may not apply. But, if you're looking at wind loads, a good source on shape factors is ASCE #7 - Chapter 6.

For blast loads, it is called as drag coefficient.
